dc.description.abstract | In order to efficient store the energy in the heat storage tank, it is necessary to form a thermal stratification inside the heat storage tank. For this, a diffuser is required which enables uniform distribution of water end of the pipe. In this study, a heat stratification simulation inside of 100ton heat storage tank using a radial diffuser was performed. The initial water temperature inside the heat storage tank was set at 25℃, and the temperature of the hot water introduced into the heat storage tank was set at 52℃. When the hot water was introduced at a mass flow rate of 5kg/s, it took 4.3 hours for the inside of the heat storage tank to be all stratified. | - |
