dc.description.abstract | 파력발전 출력성능평가에 대한 국제 기준문서인 IEC TS62600-100을 소개하고자 한다. 발전출력은 파력발전장치의 가장 중요한 성능 지표이다. 파랑에너지와 발전량의 계측 $분석방법을 제시된다. 파랑데이터의 산포도에 기반으로 취득길이행렬나 출력행렬을 제시하고 궁극적으로 연간에너지생산량(annual Energy Production)을 계산하는 과정을 설명하고 예제를 통해 전체 과정을 설명하도록 한다. In this study, international standard document for power performance assessment of WECs, IEC TS 62600-100 was introduced. The power performance is the basic index for assessing the performance of the wave energy converters. The measurement and analysis methods for wave energy and the electrical power were suggested. The capture length matrix and the power matrix were calculated on the scatter diagram of the incident wave. Finally the annual energy production method in the test site was obtained in this paper.
