dc.description.abstractThis research has purpose to develop high-efficiency thermal energy conversion system by using ocean energy, unused heat and pressure recovery performance of ejector. Turbine pressure difference between inlet and outlet is increased by ejector pressure recovery performance which decreases the turbine outlet pressure. So, turbine gross power is increased. In this research, EP-OTEC system applying ejector-pump, DEP-OTEC system applying dual ejector-pump and DEPX-OTEC system applying motive heat exchanger to secure ejector volume flow ratio are suggested. By performance comparison analysis of the three cycles, application of ejector is examined significantly. Moreover system input heat capacity, system efficiencyand improvement of system efficiency which is contrasted with basic cycle are analyzed. As a result, DEP cycle applying dual ejector-pump presented highest system efficiency and improvement of system efficiency. On the other hand, DEPX cycle applying motive heat exchanger showed lower efficiency improvement than DEP cycles due to additional input heat capacity to motive heat exchanger.-
