dc.description.abstract | This paper focuses on the simulation results for performance prediction of position accuracy in case of providing the corrections of differential reference station using the signals broadcasted from enhanced Loran (eLoran) transmitters in eLoran testbed environment. It explains on the configured system in eLoran testbed, and presents the differential correction method for differential Loran (dLoran) station in order to correct the errors of eLoran signal. Based on the acquired eLoran signal in the testbed, we analyze the corrected position accuracy using simulation method as adopting spatial and temporal additional secondary phase factors (ASFs). When only spatial ASF was applied alone in simulation it was possible to get the position accuracy as 36m (2drms), and when temporal ASF was added the accuracy results within 17m (2drms). Through the simulation results, it was able to verify the feasibility of eLoran system in maritime PNT service. | - |
