As the global population increases and the industrialization of water increases pollution problems and energy and environmental concerns, the industry of high efficiency, low energy, eco-friendly water (fresh water, concentrated water). Representative seawater desalination company evaporation method and reverse osmosis method have disadvantages such as large energy consumption, fouling and scale. In contrast, the adsorption desalination (AD) technique can simultaneously produce three beneficial effects using a low temperature (< 80 ° C) heat source: high concentration of concentrated water, high purity fresh water and cold water for cooling. It can operate at low temperature (<30 ° C) and low pressure (<10 kPa), minimizing the fouling and scale of existing seawater desalination technologies (MED, MSF, RO). Therefore, it is an environmentally friendly seawater desalination technology that minimizes the use of chemicals in the pretreatment process. In this study, seawater concentration performance was confirmed using adsorption desalination which occurs at low temperature. As a result of the concentration experiment of AD, the initial salinity of sea water could be concentrated from 3.4 wt% to 18.4 wt%. In addition, SEM-EDX analysis of the salts produced during the concentration showed that the compound was composed mainly of CaSO4. AD is expected to be used as the last part of the seawater treatment process, which c-
