dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we described a method for compensating TOA measurements using Doppler measurements to improve loran positioning accuracy. To verify the method, we carried out a test. We installed two eLoran receivers near Pyeongtaek port inKorea and received the actual Loran-C signals. The test results showed that the positioning accuracy using the compensated TOA measurements improved compared to the other case. Test results using the method showed random error was reduced 40-80cm on position domain. It is expected that the method can be used to measure ASF more accurately and to improve the positioning accuracy of Loran or eLoran systems. | - |
