dc.description.abstractOcean Thermal Energy Conversion(OTEC)is an ocean plant that produces electricity by evaporating and condensing working fluid through the temperature difference between surface and deep water. In this study, the performance analysis of heat exchanger of 1MW class OTEC experiment in the East Sea was conducted . A total of eight evaporators and six condensers were used in the experiment, and a performance analysis was performed for each one. The average heat capacity of the evaporator is 2390.5kW, LMTD was calculated 7 degrees. The average heat exchange of the condenser was 3292.5kW and the LMTD was calculated to be 2.54.-
