| dc.description.abstract | 국내 위험유해물질(HNS, Hazardous and noxious substance)의 물동량 기준 상위 3개 항만에서 가상의 HNS 유출사고 발생시 우선관리 HNS 0~3순위 물질군의 인체 건강 영향범위 산정 및 수생태위해성을 평가하였다. 울산, 광양, 대산항에서 유통되는 0-3순위 HNS 물질군의 최악 및 대안유출사고시나리오에 따른 수생태 및 인체 영향평가 결과, 수생태 위해성 관리 측면에서는 각각 36종, 19종, 9종 물질, 인체 건강영향 관리 측면에서는 각각 9종, 10종, 3종의 집중관리가 필요하다. 향후, 이들 물질을 중심으로 한 사고대비 및 대응계획을 수립하고 사고 후 영향평가 및 사후처리 방안에 대한 계획도 수립되어야 할 것이다. | - |
