dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we implement a short-range underwater acoustic network (UANet) for the one-hop communication. We design an interface between physical layer and upper layers, and we implement the short-range UANet as a Linux-based software. Graphic user interface (GUI) is also implemented to control and operate the Linux-based network software. In order to verify the function of the implemented UANet software, the physical layer is emulated by a software program and the scenarios are configured to confirm the core functions. | - |
