| dc.description.abstract | 국제해사기구(IMO)에서는 1997년부터 해상환경보호위원회(MEPC)에서 선박의 CO2 배출량에 대한 협약(Resolution 8)을 시작으로 선박 온실가스(GHG) 배출 문제를 해결하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 특히 2018년 “선박의 온실가스 감축에 대한 IMO GHG 초기전략”의 채택은 선박기인 GHG 배출량 감축에 관한 종합적인 IMO 전략(MEPC 70/18/Add.1)을 개발하기 위한 로드맵이며, 그 중에 제 4차 IMO GHG 연구의 완료단계가 포함되어있다. 제 4차 IMO GHG 연구는 2012∼2018년 동안 온실가스 배출량 목록(인벤토리)을 제공하고, 2008년과 2012~2018년 국제운송의 탄소집약도 분석결과와 2018~2050년 동안의 배출 전망치을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 IMO GHG 감축을 위한 초기전략과 제 4차 IMO GHG 연구 결과에 대한 주요한 내용을 다루고자 한다 | - |
