dc.description.abstract | Since MODUs(mobile offshore drilling unit) directly handle the oil gas, so it is a very dangerous for fire and explosion. Various safety systems are essential to ensure safety in MODUs. However, most accidents are caused by human error, not by the error of safety system. The best way to reduce this human error is the thorough use of the Job Safety Analysis(JSA) and the Permit to Work(PTW). However, such a system is not implemented in the domestic small and medium-sized offshore drilling industry. Accordingly, this study has developed a web-based PTW issue system that can be used in MODUs, and will distribue this system free of charge to industry. This system has the feature of embedding the standard JSA of MODUs. | - |
