| dc.description.abstract | 해양에서 발생하는 선박사고는 인명, 환경, 재산 피해를 동반하지만, 그 피해 규모는 사고 발생초기 초동대응 즉, 긴급구난의 적절성, 신속성에 따라 결정된다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양사고 발생 초기 상황실이나 현장지휘관에게 긴급구난 조치에 필요한 정보를 제공할 목적으로 개발 중에 있는 “해양오염방지 긴급구난 의사결정지원 시스템”의 주요 연구내용 및 지금까지의 개발 결과를 살펴보고, 향후 개발 계획에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. | - |
