dc.description.abstract | Particulate matters, fine dust problem has emerged and an important issue in our daily lives. Measuring and monitoring the fine dust level is a major task in effort to solve the particulate matters problem. Various types of the particulatematters measurement methods are in use, however, most of these methods has disadvantages in real time measurement is impossible, size is bulk. In this paper, introduce a method to perform a fast and accurate analysis with a higher contrastdust image and to implement it in a small size equipment by side illumination total internal reflection technique. This system uses a total internal reflection phenomenon to enable fast, accurate analysis with higher contrast dust images and can be implemented in compact size. The superiority of this system was demonstrated by comparison of signal-to-noise ratios extracted from the images of the proposed platform with those of a conventional halogen lamp-based transmission light microscope. | - |
