| dc.description.abstract | 선박교통관제(VTS) 센터의 관제사는 항만이나 연안의 해상교통 상황을 모니터링하고, 운항 안전을 위한 교통 정보를 제공하고 있다. 정보의 제공은 주로 VHF 음성 통신을 통해 이루어지며, 수행된 관제 업무는 관제일지에 상세히 기록하도록 규정되어 있다.그러나 수기로 작성해야하는 관제일지가 관제업무에 방해가 되기도 하며, 일지의 서식이 표준화 되어 있지 않아 이를 관리하기가 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전자 관제일지 도입을 위해 현행 관제일지 사례를 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 설계된 전자 관제일지 표준 서식을 제안하고, 그 활용 방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다. | - |
