dc.description.abstract | Digital twinship is a technology that creates digital virtual ship with the same conditions as a real ship, and it is expected to effectively operate and manage the ship and prevent accidents. Digital twinship is a key technology in securing the stable operation, reliability of ships, management of a ship and coping with emergency situations. It is possible to improve the competitiveness of research fields for eco-friendly ship technology to meet the International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations and smart/autonomous ships to be apply 4th industrial revolution technology. In this study, a model ship for the digital twinship study is developed and data communication is confirmed through free running model test. Motion characteristics of a model ship is checked and the results were analyzed using acquired data. Further research considering digital twinship reserch direction with a model ship will be conducted. | - |
