| dc.description.abstract | 1995년 발생한 씨프린스호 오염사고는 우리나라에서 해양오염의 심각성과 이에 대한 대비 및 대응이 필요함을 인식시켜주는 계기가 되었다. 본 오염사고를 계기로 우리나라 방제 전 분야에서 상당한 부분이 개선이 되었으나, 아직까지 선진국과 비교하여 미흡한 측면이 많다. 본 원고에서는 씨프린스호 오염사고 사례분석을 토대로 하여 우리나라의 해양오염 예방, 대비 및 대응태세를 점검하고 향후 개선해야 할 사항을 도출하고자 하였다. | - |
