dc.description.abstract | FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) vessels, which were abandoned on seashores, harbors, and rivers on a nationwide scale, have become a matter of public concern. One of reasons is that technology development for melting and recycling these vessels has not been adequately addressed. Aiming at establishing a framework of disposal process that is low-priced and suitable for recycling-based society, this paper introduces a national project and related regulations that have been applying so far, and Japan's national case which addresses all processes ranging from the recovery to the cement-reclamation. | - |
