dc.description.abstractIn this study, the variation of wave height and length due to wave-current interaction is experimentally investigated. According as the mean current velocity increases, wave height generally increases and wave length decreases to the contrary. The correct amount of variation needs to be analyzed in detail theoretically or experimentally. This paper is devoted to the experimental approach, which can encompasses more realistic flow configuration. The experimental set-up and procedures of the present work are introduced in brief. It is confirmed that the present results are very similar to the experimental results by Baddour & Song[9]. It is expected that the present results can be utilized as comparison data for validation and verification of theoretical modelings and numerical analysis tools.-
