Research and development on "Digital Twin", a next-generation technology that increases the competitiveness and efficiency of industries, is centered on Germany and the United States, which are advanced countries in simulation technology and product lifecycle management (PLM) technology. DT technology is a digital data technology that can be used to identify and predict various situations by simulating situations that may occur in reality by reproducing virtual models of physical objects in the digital world. In this study, a digital twin technology is developed for stable operation of OWC-type wave power generation system through peak power control. According to the principle of operation, OWC wave energy converter undergoes three stages of energy conversion. Therefore, each stage of physical models are developed such as oscillating water column physical model, turbine physical model, and generator physical model. By integrating the three physical models, this paper introduces a technology that can make decisions by calculating the probability that the output is above the rated power after N seconds.-
