dc.description.abstract | In this study, Piezo's mechanical resonance frequency was estimated using the LSTM model. To this end, the relationship was analyzed for the parameters of the piezo mechanical resonance frequency, the resonance frequency of the ultrasound system and the parameters of the LC filter. As a result, when using the LSTM model, Piezo's mechanical resonance frequency could be effectively estimated, and it was verified by the MATLAB simulation. | - |
