dc.description.abstract | This paper introduces the development of an integrated control scenario of digital bridge system for maritime autonomous surface ships (MASS). An integrated control platform for autonomous ships should be developed to achieve successful implementation of autonomous navigation technologies of MASS. The Digital Bridge System (DBS) is an onboard control system for MASS which acquires and analyzes data from various devices, including navigation, communication, and institutions, while providing them to autonomous operation-related algorithms and allowing different autonomous operation-related algorithms. The DBS is been developing as a part of Korea Autonomous Surface Ship (KASS) project. It will be validated usinga 25m-size test-bed ship. | - |
