dc.description.abstract | As the cargo inspection is the bottleneck at the port delivery, we look forward to the future cargo inspections that potentially harmful containers to be screened and identified automatically. However, such smart screening system does not exist yet. By acquiring and using various X-ray images, we may inspect the target object without a physical extraction. In this paper, we review some aspects and the research trends to utilize such various and multimodal X-ray images for automatic inspection especially for detecting hazards in the cargo containers. | - |
