dc.description.abstract | A pre-feasibility study on green shipping routes in the two countries is currently underway in connection with the 'Planning Study for Demonstration Technology Development Project for Carbon-Free Fuel Supply Chain Organization for Green Shipping Corridors in Korea and the United States'. The Korea Institute of Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering has participated in this study and prepared a report on Chapter 2, Fuel. The report comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the supply and demand status, production plans, industry trends, and future prospects of Korea's eco-friendly alternative fuels that can replace LNG in the near future. Among them, we will present an analysis based on publicly available data on methanol and ammonia/hydrogen. | - |
