dc.description.abstract | After the ‘Paris Agreement’, the UN approved the IPCC's special report limiting the global average temperature increase to 1.5℃, and the voluntary participation of all countries around the world is necessary to prevent the increase in global average temperature. In this study, an OC-OTEC flash tank experiment was conducted to supply power and fresh water for marine green hydrogen production. This device, which consists of a seawater tank, flash chamber, spray nozzle, thermostat, and vacuum pump, measured the amount of fresh water produced by spraying low-temperature seawater into a low-pressure flash tank. An experiment was conducted on two seawater temperatures of 30℃ and 40℃. A total of 652ml of fresh water, or 4.46ml per minute, could be obtained at a seawater temperature of 30℃, and a total of 1,479ml, or 12.33ml of fresh water per minute, could be obtained at 40℃. | - |
